From Last week my laptop got sucked by virus. I wish to tell full story .

my OS was Win2K3 server edition as it has fast startup and prevents remote registry. so my frend BALA suggested to install that , I did. nearly one month went well. i downloaded lot of softwares Dw,Flash,Xampp, firefox, lot many other things. last wednesday afternoon start to hangon  and draining my patience.  So i doubted upon intruders and thought to block off. hence no anivirus available in PC i did thro online scanner name Protection plus 2009. thenonly realised that online scanner not doing scan ,simply it checked with OS version year and shown me the Windows service bulletin list stating 30 updated i have to do . i didnt realised these things first, i downloaded their evaluation copy AV software and scan started , (after long struggle) when i clicked any of the icons in my PC windows will minimised and program will shutdown. all of my EXE files are gone no programs were initialised . as a last hope IE only was not infected and i downloaded evaluation copy and after three or four restart my AV initiated for scanning . I smiled to my roommate Mr. Akmal as sign of relief. ( actually he was giving Hope thro his spritual ideas, i too believe that) during scanning progress even i prayed ALLAH because of his mercy towards my PC. I went to Bed @ 1.00am with failure marks in my face ( made more ugly dhanasekar).

Now in my PC  all shortcuts are unrecognised by OS because of EXE deletion (infected). I tried to download XP but i lost my interest when file size was showing me 600 MB( whereas my net speed is 6kbps ,wil put me for 24 hrs -  thanks to Shining India). last i decided to go for CD thro local softwares cum cable net service provider shop. that CD contains all XP edition home ,home retail,  Pro edition & retail . I dont know much diff between them . still i went on.

here God comes ! first setup failed before 15 min completion but system loaded with XP . no help !!!! i purchased K7 AV software after my second setup failure.( Rs.300 /user) and upddated it. IE 6 sucks aganist virus attacks and it never prevents u. in between this my net connection icon shown as cable unplugged and my service provider after 3rd day of my call (  u can expect this kind of service mostly in NORTH ). wednesday technician came and did ping command. Then he looked the router connection and simply switched ON connexn restored(my roommate , in terms of energy saving he done that ). surf, surf , surf – after successful of installation i downloaded malicious software removal tool from MICROSOFT . these guys are spreading all those virus ( Lawyer only knows the loophole of law ,sometimes an experienced criminal / victim too).

Now google warns me for all sites that “site contain elemnts from VC.ZAQAAB.CN pl run into shell. after a terrible week without internet i got this message).

but “The M” will never give up,(Though i may not a programmer , as a mechanical guy prevention is better than cure) with Mozilla FF and included with addons SCRIPT BLOCKER named NOSCRIPT , I prevented that to host malwares and now looking into warm sunset ……
